MAD Fund 1 is the flagship deployment vehicle within the MAD platform. It is designed to back Australian growth-stage companies operating in sectors connected to Restoration, Transition, and Transformation.
These are companies working on real problems across food, energy, health, water, waste, resilience, and regenerative systems. They have moved beyond concept and need growth capital, strategic support, and ecosystem access to scale.
Australia's missing middle: too advanced for early-stage capital, not yet served by traditional venture.

A global pathway, structured through Singapore.
The MAD Singapore Growth Fund is being developed as the global capital pathway alongside the Australian MAD Fund 1.
It is being structured through Singapore to support international capital efficiency and global tax treatment for non-Australian investors, and to act as a coherent conduit through which global capital can engage the MAD philosophy and ultimately participate in the MAD Fund strategy.

The MAD Singapore Growth Fund is in development and is not currently open for investment.
